Casenfibra contains approximately 75% fermentable fibre and 25% non-fermentable fibre, obtained from resistant Maltodextrin (62.5%) and Frutooligosaccharides (37.5%).

Recommended daily consumption is between 1 to 3 sticks per day (5gr/10ml sticks) depending on diet, age and individual situation.
