At Farmaciasdirect, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If your items do not meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in their original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the specific items from your order history that you wish to return or exchange.

  Package the Items

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or any secure packaging to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Apply the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided in your email and affix it clearly to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your tracking number until we confirm receipt and process your refund.
