Directions for use

Brush your teeth for 2–3 minutes after every meal, using vertical strokes starting from the root of each tooth.
We recommend using a soft-bristled toothbrush to avoid damaging sensitive gums.
To complement brushing, you can use mouthwashes containing bicarbonate of soda. If you are undergoing cancer treatment, it is important to use those prescribed by your healthcare team. Bicarbonate of soda mouthwashes can help neutralise acids in the mouth, reduce dental plaque and promote better oral hygiene.
