- Vitamin B2, or riboflavin, aids the metabolism of carbohydrates, fats and proteins, facilitating their absorption. Furthermore, it is an essential element for growth (in children) and even for the maintenance of tissues (in adults and older adults).
- Vitamin B12 is an essential element in the formation of nucleoproteins, proteins and red blood cells. It also supports the proper functioning of the nervous system and is involved in DNA synthesis.
Who is it suitable for?
It is primarily recommended for adults suffering from a significant deficiency in B vitamins. It is suitable for children and adolescents, but they do not usually suffer from a deficiency in these nutrients, unless they have a very unbalanced diet.
Directions for use
It is recommended to take 1 capsule a day, preferably first thing in the morning, with your first meal. Swallow with a glass of water; do not chew or break the capsule.
Contraindications
